Delivery times

Our orders are prepared and shipped within 1 to 3 business days. Once shipped, your order typically arrives within 6 to 10 days depending on your destination.

Can I track my order?

Yes, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number as soon as your package is shipped, allowing you to follow its journey in real time. 🕊️

Why do my items arrive separately?

To guarantee you high-quality pieces at the fairest price, our jewelry and accessories may be shipped directly from different partner production workshops. If your order contains several items, it is perfectly normal for them to arrive in separate packages a few days apart. Don't worry, your complete collection will arrive very soon! ✨

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Contact us as soon as possible at contact@lyrenstudio.com. If your order has not yet been processed by our workshops, we will do our best to modify or cancel it.

What if I haven't received my order?

If your order has still not arrived after 15 business days, contact us at contact@lyrenstudio.com and we will find a solution quickly.

Can I return my item if I change my mind?

Yes, absolutely. You have 14 days after receiving your package to return an item that does not suit you. For hygiene reasons, jewelry (especially earrings) must be completely new, unworn, and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
